Do your electronics come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ergopouch electronic devices include a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the product has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your ergonomic accessories compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Most of our peripherals are plug-and-play compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. Specific software requirements for custom mapping will be listed on the individual product page.
